  1. A writer lists an unreleased song Master upload, credits, vocal tags, asking price, and co-writer splits that must total 100% before it can go live.
  2. Buyers preview, then buy or offer Previews are for listening only. Offers are amount-only — no off-platform contact fishing through the deal flow.
  3. Checkout completes the rights transfer Payment runs on Uncut Gemz’s secure web checkout. Writers receive their share after the platform commission via Stripe Connect.
  4. The buyer gets delivery Download links and transfer docs land in Vault. The listing leaves the market — ownership moved.
